Kitchpro Handicrafts wants you to be satisfied with purchases made on The Home & Kitchen Connection.
1. Return window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact where applicable.
- Custom-made, personalised, or perishable goods may not be returnable unless defective.
- Damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.
3. How to request a return
Email contact@thehomeandkitchen.com or WhatsApp +91 83848 42597 with your order number, product details, and photos if the item is damaged. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. For defective or wrong-item deliveries, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
5. Refund timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. If already shipped, our standard return process applies.
