Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or for made-to-order items — you will be notified if so.
2. Delivery timelines (India)
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Timelines are estimates and may vary by pin code, courier partner, and product type.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Promotional free-shipping offers, when advertised, apply only to qualifying orders as stated in the promotion.

5. International shipping
